(Cincinnati, OH) Nov 7th, 2014 – For the second year in a row, RoundTower Technologies is pleased to announce that it has been selected as the winner for the Best Places to Work award for mid-sized businesses by the Business Courier. The winners were announced Monday at the Business Courier’s reception at Xavier University's Cintas Center. Again this year, RoundTower came out on top while competing against 58 other finalists.
Classified now as a mid-sized business, RoundTower faced significantly different challenges than companies classified as a small business, so it is even more of an achievement to have been awarded this honor among so many new successful companies.
We are excited to announce that RoundTower Technologies has been named a winner for the second year in a row in Cincinnati Business Courier’s Best Places to Work competition. Congratulations to everyone and thank you for all that you do for RoundTower - YOU are what makes RTT a great place to work!
The Best Places to Work award is run annually and looks for workplaces that have the most engaging environments for encouraging and supporting their employees. This award is measured by anonymous employee surveys where the company must meet a minimum score of 85% in workforce engagement, management trust, and other workplace factors.
