(Cincinnati, OH) June 5th, 2017 – RoundTower announced that they have placed in Inc. Magazine’s Top 50 list, determining them to be one of the fifty best places to work in America. Companies are chosen for the list based on anonymous applications submitted by their employees through Quantum Workplace, an employee engagement platform. RoundTower’s entire roster was invited to participate and more than 50% responded, rendering a result with 95% confidence in accuracy and a +/- 5% margin of error.
“We are extremely excited about this distinction,” says RoundTower Managing Partner, Stephen West. “It proves that we are providing a personally fulfilling and professionally productive environment for our staff. It also means that we can continue to attract the best and brightest minds in the industry so that we can better serve our customers with creative IT solutions that produce positive business outcomes. This is what we have always striven to achieve.”
RoundTower has also been part of the Inc. 5000’s America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies consecutively since 2012, with a ranking of #2017 last year. Two other Cincinnati-based companies also made the Top Workplaces list this year.
The Inc. Top 50 survey asks both multiple answer and essay questions covering topics such as level of interest and challenge, goals and accountability, culture, quality, fairness and integrity, as well as the typical issues of compensation and benefits. It also encourages respondents to go “outside the box” by offering suggestions for new opportunities or subjects they would like to see addressed by the assessment.
Inc. Magazine has been devoted to recognizing America’s most dynamic companies for more than 40 years, and to honoring their achievements. The Inc. Top 50 list is widely acknowledged as one of the nation’s most prestigious registers of companies that have attained success by solving the human resources equation in the workplace.
