(Cincinnati, OH) June 6th, 2017 – RoundTower Technologies announced that it has been selected as one of The Enquirer Media’s Top Workplaces, a list of the best places to work in the tristate region. The evaluation for the Top Workplaces program is based upon anonymous surveys completed by each organization’s employees.
“Being primarily a service organization, we understand that the people we employ are the heart of the company as well as our customers,” says Susan Richey, RoundTower Vice President of HR, “and this shows in the caliber of people we choose and how we foster our relationship with them. We are very gratified to know that they value and appreciate this relationship as much as we do.”
The Enquirer has teamed with WorkplaceDynamics for the last eight years to produce the list of leading workplaces in the region. The Enquirer publishes articles and advertisements soliciting nominations for top work places from area employees. WorkplaceDynamics then invites those and other eligible organizations in the region to participate in the program.
The employee survey measures how well employees are engaged, their confidence level in leadership, their opinion of the organization’s health and such factors as work life, training, pay and benefits. However, the program looks at the entire company order and culture for compliance with optimum standards in every category. “The Top Workplaces award is not a popularity contest. And oftentimes, people assume it’s all about fancy perks and benefits.” says Doug Claffey, CEO of WorkplaceDynamics. “But to be a Top Workplace, organizations must meet our strict standards for organizational health.” RoundTower had a strong employee response rate, met or exceeded the benchmarks in all categories, and measured well as compared with other similarly-sized IT integrators and solution providers.
