RoundTower announced today that it has been named to the third annual Best Workplaces in Ohio presented by Ohio Business Magazine.
Roughly 50 companies were named to the list this year based on the following criteria: employee engagement, company operations & local community impact, membership, achievements, awards, just to name a few. The annual process was conducted over two months and entailed collecting nominations that were then reviewed and approved by a leadership committee.
RoundTower hired 87 new employees in 2017, 34 of whom are based in Ohio. They also boast a 94% retention rate, something that’s relatively unheard of in the highly competitive information technology industry.
“We take great pride in having a strong focus on our employees’ engagement and satisfaction. This has been a cornerstone of our brand and a differentiating factor for us, especially in the Ohio region,” says Susan Richey, VP of Human Resources, RoundTower. “Our culture at RoundTower embodies a strong work-life balance and continuous direct employee feedback. We are always looking for ways to improve our employees’ experience, covering everything from communication, training & development, cross-functional collaboration, and executive presence on a tactical level.”
The Best Workplaces in Ohio winners are featured in the magazine’s summer issue and can be found here.
